At White Donkey, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without damage.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
